Please review this information carefully before placing your order. All delivery times are estimates from order confirmation and may vary based on location, product availability, and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean your order has been shipped.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow us this time to prepare your items for shipment, conduct quality checks, and ensure everything is in order before sending it out for delivery. Please note that order processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom or Pre-Order Items: Processing for made-to-order or pre-order items may take longer than standard items. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected during checkout. The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed before you finalize your purchase. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates while ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of your items.
Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and India Post. The specific courier used depends on destination, package size and service level selected.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing the tracking information for your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can also track orders from My Account > Orders on our website. Tracking information may take some time to update, so please allow for a brief delay between receiving the email and the tracking status becoming available.
Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery as per their policy. If you miss a delivery, they may attempt re-delivery or return the package to sender after a specified period. Please follow the courier's instructions or contact our support for assistance.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: BambooEdge uses recyclable and minimal packaging wherever possible to reduce waste and protect products during transit. We are committed to sustainable practices in all aspects of our operations.
Fragile Items: Items marked fragile are packed with additional protective material. Please inspect fragile items upon delivery and report any damage immediately (within 24 hours).
Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including PIN code and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. BambooEdge is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or insufficient directions.
ID & Signature: For COD deliveries or high-value orders, delivery personnel may ask for ID and signature at the time of delivery for verification purposes.
Acceptance & Inspection: Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged, please note it with the courier, take photos, and either refuse delivery or accept with reservation. Then contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.
Change of Address: If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will attempt to update the address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via your account or by contacting support. If the order has been dispatched, our return and refund policies will apply.
If a courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, failed contact attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
Returned orders may incur return shipping charges. We will contact you before re-shipping, and any additional shipping charges will be billed to you unless the return was due to our error.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will initiate a courier investigation to locate your package.
If the courier confirms loss or theft, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification. However, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier to the correct delivery address.
Currently, BambooEdge primarily ships within India. If international shipping is available for select items, shipping charges, delivery timelines, and any additional information will be displayed at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs or import duties may be levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges. International customers are responsible for import duties and local taxes. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable duties or taxes.
While we strive to offer shipping across India and select international destinations, there may be certain countries, regions, or pincodes where shipping is not available due to legal restrictions, courier limitations, or logistical challenges.
